The flat surface, little traffic, wonderful natural values, dense settlements, and the tourist services of Szentendre Island make this place ideal for bicycle tours.
Canoeing
Our guided canoe tour goes along a quiet and safe stretch of the Danube between the towns Kisoroszi and Tahi. Participants can explore backwater wildlife, observe kingfishers and may even spot a black stork. 10 four-person canoes equipped with lifejackets and plastic barrels for storage are available for the tours.
Bikeing
The route of the bike tour goes along the safe, traffic-free road of the flood control dam. Participants can learn about the history of the island, about how bank-filtered wells, and get to know some representatives of rare species living in sandy habitats.
